- 3rd floor - property evaluation. validate the cukai pintu ownership.
- 2nd floor . ticket A. Payment (RM200 deposit refundable + RM103 plan processing + RM10 permit sticker)
- 4th floor - Collect permit sticker (remember to collect a withdrawal form of the RM200, later when renovation is completed then use the form to submit the withdrawal)
